The roots of my practice is grounded in the belief that midwifery can and should be a force for good in the world. I believe in the midwives model of care which affirms that pregnancy and birth are normal life processes and that care should be evidenced-based and individualized. Midwifery is an essential part of the reproductive justice movement that I’m proud to be a part of. I believe in being prepared and I’m well-trained for any emergencies that may arise during your care. I affirm health at every size and meeting my clients where they are at. I believe in supporting the work and healing of the body through holistic care such as increasing pelvic mobility and other modalities like massage, acupuncture, and herbalism.

I know that midwifery is transformative - changing the lives of our clients and the world we live in - and love what we do.
